Stainless Steel Spacer: Prevents deformation of polarity plates. Ensures tight sealing without any displacement or distortion, maintaining a secure and compact seal.

Stainless Steel Spring Strip: Provides support and ensures firm internal contact within the coin cell. Prevents damage to polarity plates during sealing process.

Trustworthy and dependable sealing.

Enhance the sealing performance and prevent electrolyte leakage by incorporating a PP material seal in the negative can of the coin cell. This effective sealing solution ensures the containment of electrolyte after the assembly process, reinforcing the overall integrity of the battery design.

Coin Cell (Set of Four) is used in the manufacturing process of ion batteries.

It follows the sequence of positive can- positive electrode - electrolyte - separator - electrolyte - negative electrode - spacer - spring strip - negative can (or negative can be placed first), followed by sealing.
